Trey Cummings holds an Alabama Real Estate Associate Broker’s License and specializes in foreclosure purchases and sales and holds the Short-Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) Designation. Trey has bought, renovated, and sold over 1800+ properties during his career. He currently manages over 1600+ Rental Units. Trey received both Undergraduate and Graduate Degrees in Accounting from UAB and previously was employed with a “Big Four” Accounting Firm for 4 years.

Trey has served as President of the UAB National Alumni Society’s Board of Directors and the Alys Stephens Center Junior Patrons Board of Directors.  He is a Member of the 2009 Class of Leadership UAB and was selected to the 2012 Class of the Birmingham Business Journal’s Top 40 Under 40.  Recently Trey was awarded the UAB National Alumni Society’s Outstanding Young Alumni Award, named to UAB’s Excellence in Business Top 25 2016 Class, and was a part of the 2018 Class of Leadership Birmingham.

Trey enjoys traveling and golf.  Trey is married and has 2 daughters.

Rima Patel joined CS Equities as Chief Operations Officer and General Counsel in February, 2015, and is responsible for the operations and the delivery of legal services to the Company. Rima Patel received her B.A. in Business Administration and a Minor in Entrepreneurship from the University of Florida and her Juris Doctorate from the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University. She  is licensed to practice law in the States of Florida and Alabama.

Hallie Weaver joined CS Equities as the Director of Finance and Operations in May 2022 and is responsible for external financial reporting, investor relations, and operations for the Company. Hallie received both Undergraduate and Graduate degrees from Auburn University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Hallie was previously employed with a “Big 4” Accounting Firm for almost 7 years in the Assurance Private Company Practice.

Kristen Dudley joined CS Equities as the Director of Corporate Administration in August 2022 and is responsible for Human Resources and Administration for the Company. Kristen graduated from the University of Alabama with her bachelor’s in business management and marketing and a specialization in Human Resources. Kristen brings human resources leadership experience from large and small firms across industries including retail, information technology, and financial services.

Sarah Wallace joined CS Equities as the Director of Treasury Management in April 2023. She is responsible for overseeing cash flow operations, which includes managing company accounts, transactional funding, and lines of credit reporting. Sarah obtained both Undergraduate and Graduate degrees from the University of Alabama, and she is a Certified Public Accountant. Her previous employment includes 4 years with a “Big 4” Accounting Firm and 2 years in the healthcare industry.
